Currently Black and Gold is set after Edward and Bella have met, and he has just got home. The pack at the moment are non-existent and Sam is the only one so far to have transformed. Things shall move on, as and when threads are done. Characters we are currently looking for are the Denali clan, any member of the pack and students at Forks High School. If you are interested in any of them, we urge you to sign up and join in with the site. Characters we are currently not accepting, are any original vampires – excluding Volturi vampires – or werewolves, as it goes against the story that we are following. They shall open up as the story develops.

characters .
i . right listen up I know everyone likes to play girls –apart from guys of course-, but seriously make a guy for a change. It is really beginning to tick me off that we tend to get odels of girls, and like ten guys, really no good. So before I explode from annoyance we have made it a rule that once you have made two girls, your next character should be a guy. Saying that we are not going to make you take a guy, cos we want you to enjoy your characters, but we very much appreciate if you took one. So hopefully we shall be able to have some plots cos we actually have some fellas on the site.
ii . there is no character limit! Really no character limit? Shocking news. But really I think we all know how much we can handle, right? So who am I to say you are only allowed to take four people, just know your limits.
iii . KEEP THEM ALL ACTIVE!! Seriously nothing annoys me more than if you freaking make tons of character and none of them are active. So if we see a decline in any activity in any of your characters us wonderful admin’s reserve the right to take them away from you, cos we are nice like that. But really people this is all about know your limits.
iv . along the same lines please can we try and refrain from every vampire having a human lover, like I said above it is rare so just don’t do it, please. Same goes with the wolves, please can we not them imprinting left right and center, you know they like somebody without having to imprint on them, take Bella and Jacob for example. He has not imprinted on her, but he still loves her.
joining .
i . when you join please put the name in lower case, cos I like it that way. if you do it wrong, just alert the admin and they can fix it.
ii . register with first and last name, no middle names, and no crazy random screen please. But I am sure everyone already knows that, so I am not going to waffle on. Though if you do make a mistake with your name, please just alert and admin and we shall have no problem in changing it.
iii . okay so you join and suddenly realize you either don’t want to be part of the board, or want to play somebody different. DON’T I repeat don’t just make another account or just become inactive, please let an admin know as we shall be happy to once more change your accounts name or delete it, as it may put other members off as they don’t want to compete for the character.
iv . Once you have read these rules, read the plot. I know it is boring sometimes as they can say the same things most of the time, but please give it a glance over as it shall let you know what the time line is for the site.
posting .
i . so I suppose the obvious rule you want to know about posting is what length we expect. Well to me this has an obvious answer, first we don’t want any one liners, god even if you are muse-less don’t even think about it, I expect to see two/three paragraphs about 400/500 words minimum but don’t stress over it rp is meant to be fun.
ii . carrying on I DON’T want to see any ridiculously long post which are three pages in word long, and half the time you talk about your grandmothers pet fish. No, no, no, post like that just annoy me, cos they are freaking pointless cos half of it is dribble. So please keep the size within reason.
iii . this board is ‘R’ rated. So all the sex, drug, parting, swearing and shizzal is allowed, just don’t go overboard okay, cos that is just tacky. Though if you do have a thread with some porn action, please place a warning in the board descriptions cos somepeople still have virgin eyes.
iv . SPELL CHECK owns you, so use it or be laughed at.
v . pregnancies and deaths are allowed, but they must be cleared by the admin. And if we say no to them don’t have a go at us, just accept it and move on. I mean got this only rp-ing it is really not all that important.
vi . if you post in a in a tagged thread that is not tagged for your character, well I can say is what a stupid fool you are, cos you would have just written a post for nothing. Cos the admin’s shall just delete it, for the post was not for you.
vii . text speak equals big NO NO, unless in your character needs to use the slang when they speak, or if it is in an aim thread or if you are actually posting a text message in-character. Use it anywhere else and it is you that shall look like the fool.
graphics && claims .
i . no big stretching signatures please, cos it just makes everything look nasty. So no graphics bigger that 500x350 shall we shall.
ii . please display pictures of your claim in your signature and avatar spaces, so one; people have an idea of what your character looks like without reading the application, two; so you cant display any other random icons about your pet fist or how emo you are, and three; so your account looks pretty.
iii . no huge text please or loads of it, but then that goes along with the first rule. You may think it looks nice, but I think is looks nasty, and may word is law here.
iv . scene queens are allowed cos I know some people love them, but no random people you just pulled off the web cos that is just creepy random stalker-ish behaviour, and that is just not good. I don’t care if they are perfect just don’t do it.
v . also I know we all love models to tiny little bits lately, but don’t use them for little people, cos do they really look about young enough for fifteen year olds? Nope I didn’t think so, so don’t do it. Same goes for using celebs. I am picking about claims from time to time, so don’t get mad at me when I ask you to change them.
vi . no naked pics in sigs, really kinda perverted guys. If I wanted to look at naked people take up life drawing.
